What gear for Moreton?

Could look this up but I'm too lazy. Can anyone tell me what gear I need in terms of flares, buckets, v sheets , epirbs etc to go out into Moreton bay to Mud for example. I have a 4.7 stacer.

i think once you pass the line of cleveland point to amity you require, water, v sheet. flares(in date) oars lifejackets(obviously), i think u also need to have a marine radio, im not sure on that one, but you definetely dont need an epirb
