Check on ebay Aus and US ( they come up often ) or see a Shimano dealer. A Shimano dealer should be able to order one for you. As for price i wouldnt know. Spools can be dear compared to the original price for a reel. I just paid $200 for a spare spool for a Catalina and wont be buying another one thats for sure.

I just bought a baitrunner from the tinnie & tackle show and was surprised it didn't come with a spare spool....most do these days....

You could try ordering directly from Shimano Australia (Dunphy Sports) - you can order spare parts through the Shimano Australia website, though you'd have to pay postage so I don't know how much cheaper it would be. You could ask, via phone or email, first.
I ordered a Tyrnos handle (for my TLD20) from them two or three years ago, and it cost $40 including postage - I later saw one selling in a tackle shop for $70. Delivery only took about a week.
Brent.
tackle world $70 , I have 3 all spooled with different line
You must be made a money BigE...:)
Remember I lost a whole rig once an nearly another only for my save (rod holder still attatched) an you jagged the cobe....:)
Got the spanner pots sorted now too!
We are nearly due for at least one annual o/nighter!
Cheers Thorpy
This is one reason why he likes 6500 baitrunners...;)
Great reel for the price but it would be nice to come with a spare $70 spool!
