Went out with Ausfisher Dezzer for an experimental fish last night at a shallow Redcliffe reef. The aim of the night was to try and catch a few bream and hopefully a snapper or jew using the TT switchblades. 1/8th for Derek and 1/4 oz for me.
We met at the Scarby ramp at 8:15pm and headed out to spot "A" in Derek's quinny in 10-15 knots and probably 1/2 metre of slop. The TT's were cast out and eventually I boated the first fish, about a 30 cm bream. These things do work at night!!! It's always good when something you hope will work does!! The action on these things is amazing!!
The fishing action wasn't non stop though at one stage we had a double hook up on bream and the end tally was 5 bream ( 2 for me and 3 for Derek). The slop settled down and we ended up back at the ramp by 11:15, wet but happy!!!
Haven't worried about photo's, everyone knows what bream look like but all were taken on the TT's and unfortunately no snaps or jew on the placcies or TT's...

Yeah Chief, it was a good result in the end. I reckon if you fished them in the river you would clean up. I want to try them out on some of the shallow reefs off Moreton.

NICO dR. Well worth a try in the Pine. In fact I reckon they would go well most places. So much vibration in the water. Let us know how you go..
Cheers......Terry............
