Drag setting for Spinfisher spooled with braid

I went to Port Stephens and fished over the weekend. Did a mixture of trolling with game reels plus had pitched baits ready on Shimano Stellas and Daiwa Expeditions spooled with either 50 or 60 lb braid. Raised a marlin on the teaser pitched the bait to it and hooked it. Fight was about 20 minutes with boat backing down aggressively on fish. Question how much drag setting can we load up on marlin ? The fish I caught was estimated at 65 kg and released in very good condition . The setting on the reel originally was 5 kg and I cranked it up marginally and tried to use my fingers on the spool which ended up with a cut finger. BTW the fish did quite a number of jumps and didnt really go deep much.

That's a good fish mate, also just use the estimated drag for the line used. If you're using 30kg braid you should use around 10kg of drag, vise versa.
