Christmass Joy

Hi all,made the decision to stop being so lazy and start putting up a few posts so here is a few pics of some recent captures since christmass.Fished a few sessions at peel just before christmass day and done really well on the spangled emporor and the odd snapp but all seemed to have dissapered since.Spent a few days up at hervey bay and done well on the coral trout,was starting to get sick of the busted leaders and straightend jigheads towards the end of the trip but all good.:thumbsup: A lot of undersize trout but managed a half a dozen or so nice trout with the odd sweety, cod and squire thown in .Also had a quik flick down the river yesterday and managed a couple of nice snaps.

Well done on all accounts. Good spangly and sweety at peel and must have been fun on the plastics with the coral trout and baggin snapps in the river. All good trips. I got stuck at straddie with bait on whiting and dart for a week and missed the bay islands while on wrong end without tinny. I was told of another big snapp of 17 kilo caught 2 weeks ago so theres still big fish to be had. Cheers.

Hey mate, yeh i'm just glad we got a bit of half decent weather this time.Yeh decided to give the jacks a rest for a bit and catch some fish for a change!;D

No frying pan snaps there mate,i suppose one looks a little that way but it's not.The snap up top is from peel and the others are from the river.

Nah i would rather leave the towadis for the" MUGS!!";D I have only got one left!i keep loosin all of em to jacks!::) .........THANKS JEFF!
