Hey Seapup, the big ones are still north at the moment, got 5 on Sunday and lost 4. But the water is warming quickly here off Townsville, so it won't be long and they will be migrating toward you guys. Hopefully I'll collar a couple more before you guys get a chance..
Great job on those ones you got, they are pretty thick up here at the moment. What lures are you guys using down there. We picked them up on XRAP 30's in orange and the other bright green/orange. Judging on the quality around at the moment, its going to a good mack season for you guys, they are fat macks and full of fight. Have fun when they get to you..

Thanks for the good info cant wait for the bigger ones to make their way down here! I have been getting them here in the past 2 weeks on Lively Lure Mack Baits in blue and also trolling pillies.

I can understand Paul, that little boat of yours might be a scarey ride offshore, "Air Time" comes to mind. Be okay on a flat day (you'd be first on the spot) but ugly in the chop.
Nice looking rig!!
