fuel consumption

im looking at updating my 2yr old etec
it has 640hr on itto a 200 small blockor 200ho
difference being small block is 2.7 ltr same as mine but has extra 50 hp but rated at bottom end
im not looking for power but fuel econnomyam beingadvised to go to 200ho
anyone got any of there motors
