Should have introduced myself earlier (bad manners!)
Name's Dennis, based in Mooloolaba. Recently bought my own boat, but need to learn a lot from you experienced guys, especially re. game fishing.
Can anyone give me an idea in which area to start trolling for pelagics?
Usually have a seat or two available for guys who enjoy going out.
Going tomorrow! Wish me luck.

G'day Dennis,
Let me be the first to welcome you to Ausfish. It's a great site with a lot of people happy to share their experiences. Hope you latch onto a few tomorrow.
Regards

Thanks Brad. Feel welcome already.
Got a few mahi-mahi & Mac tuna, but nothing spectacular.
Can't wait for the weekend!

If I ever get to upgrade my boat to the size I want, my pick of the spots are Gold Coast Seaway - only 30 mins drive for me, or Mooloolaba to the north which is about 2 hours. If I lived closer, Mooloolaba wins hands down!!
Welcome to Ausfish, I hope to see some great posts Dennis;) ( lucky buggar!)
