Chris,
If you are into light line fishing and you live at Bribie you could contact Jeff Sorrell at the Bribie Island Sportfishing Club on Ph. 3284 2632ah and talk to him about it. If you cant get hold of Jeff, give me a call at the Moreton Bay Boat Club Game/Sportfishing Section on 0407 010957 ....we will always welcome new members and with your rig you would fit in just fine (and we do have quite a few members who fish the inshore/estuary and impoundments- me included)........Bribie club would be closer for you...but i can help put you in touch with people.
Cheers
Greg

Thanks for your help ............... The boat in my avator is actually my dad's fisher:'( which i go out in anytime i like. I just bought a Ally Craft 4.1 fully decked out with a 40 hp honda, bow mount and all the trimmings. Its about to go under the knife for a killtank and live baitwell aswell. I have an interest in this too - am looking to join a Blue Water Club, I want to hook up with folks who catch Pelagics - it's what I really bought the boat for in the first place! Who should I look at joining?
Cheers,
Tim

The Sunshine coast game fishing club could be right up your ally Tim;) Plenty of brisbane Guys/gals are members they meet the first Tuesday of the month at the kawana waters hotel!
Otherwise Pm Jeremy he's involved in the Brisbane sport fishing club and they meet at bulimba!

Yes, Kawana may be a little distant, but Bulimba's good.
Jeremy is my man, thanks!
Cheers,
Tim
