thats so cool...wonder why they did it tho???...to prove that science can mimic to near perfection the movement???...wonder how much that cost them???

I wonder what sort of reaction would be had if the tail shapes were altered to convex like a cod or sickle tailed like a tuna?
Would be very interesting to see an analysis of energy requirements for each different tail shape using the same body.

Yeah from the top looks great. They have got the movement looking so natural. What will they come up with next? Magnetic fishing rods?

How long until they make lures with that technology
would be awesome to have a lure that seeks out and annoys big fish
also, could program it to desnag itself and swim back to you
