For Sale/Buyers Rating System

I have bought a couple of bits & pieces here and one of the things that I have noticed is a concern on the part of both the sellers and buyers sides as to whether the buyer or seller is genuine etc.

I'm just wondering if there is some sort of system that would indicate that someone is a good/reliable s3eller or buyer based on transactions completed???

I prefer to buy COD as neither the seller or I have both the goods & money at the same time.........I like this system as I have been burned by PayPal and direct deposit both (though thankfully not here at Ausfish).

Anyway what does everyone think???

i think its a good idea F+D...a thread could be dedicated to the positives and negatives...BUT...i can see quite a few slanging matches unfolding when/if someone bags out someone else for whatever reasons...it probably couldnt be contained to pm's tho...which would tarnish Ausfish...just my oppinion...id also like to see what other Ausfishers think :D

Not an easy system to add on or administer.

You could rate the thread that you bought the item from.

As well as leave feedback/reply to the thread once bought the item.
This way people could search the section for previous posts/items for sale by a member.
