OK, might sound like a stupid question, but I've got my old man over visiting, and he spent 50 years working trawlers in the UK, and likes to go see local fishing fleets etc.
Can anyone give me details on where the fleet is based, and where/when does it land catches ? I'm based in redlands.

G'day
Morgans at scarborough harbour have a fair fleet with usually a few boats there.
May be able to see something at raptis at colmslie, and possibly a few trawlers still hanging around aquarium passage at hemmant, around brisbane ship lifts.
Have you thought about breakfast creek, or the co-op at southport just up from seaworld?

Cabbage tree creek has about 25 trawlers moored on sundays.
