pine squire and bream

went for a fish today in the pine. got there about 10 and went straight to the mouth of bald hills creek. anchored up and then noticed the massive pod of dolphins surrounding me so decided to move. next spot was further towards the hornybrook for 2 flatties under 25cm. moved to the highway bridge around 12 for nothing. moved on pretty quickly as fishing was terrible swirling tide bad wind and Fu$%^ng jetskis coming through the pilons where i was anchored. i was in the 3rd one over from the north side of the bridge and out of the chanel. moved up towards dohles rocks and anchored on the straight between dwb and dohles rocks and fished til about 2. got a 26cm bream and this nice little 25cm snap.
all fish caught on 4lb fireline and8lb leader. all fell to pillie cubes.

nice catch , should have given the jetskiers a snappering lol . did you try SP's aswell ?

only for a little bit. still having trouble keeping contact with the placcie in big currents even with a 1/6 or 1/4 jighead on.

nice little snap mate, i never thought they came into the river till i got a little 20cm guy on a placcy just near where you were anchored up! Good stuff
