60 million modulus Powerwall graphite blanks for serious sensitivity and reinforced with a 3K Carbon Cloth wrap through the entire butt

Modulus=stiffness, the higher the count the stiffer the rod will be and lighter.
Here is a link to explain in more detail.

Pridey a blank is the rod without the components on guides, grips, etc.

Custom is getting a rod built with your choice of blank, components, colors anything you like.

Pridey,

Custom means just that. It is custom made to the requirements of the person making it or the customer buying it from the builder. Individual needs are catered for as well as "dressing" the rod up for that individual look. I don't do two rods exactly the same unless it is a specific request from 1 customer to have a matching set. Customers get to pick the blank, type of grips, reel seat and guides.

Factory rods are rolled in a factory and mass produced. This doesn't mean many of them are inferior quality, just produced en-mass. There is no individuality or customer input and in many cases they are far cheaper than custom because of that fact. K mart, Big W specials are not quality products.
