20 - 1/2 oz to 3/4oz
60m - 3/4oz to 1oz
Depends on the current though.
Seem to get big fish on the heavier jig head and a lot of smaller fish on the lighter jig heads.

Start light and increase according to current. Same theory as bait, nothing looks more unnatural than a bait or jighead rocketing down to the bottom with a massive bubble trail behind. Lighter the weight the more natural the presentation, but that doesn't mean that heavier heads won't catch fish it just gives you somewhere to start.

As mentioned: depends more on current and also depth the fish are holding.
A general rule of thumb is that a 3/8th head falls at about half a metre a second, again depending on the stregth of the current.
I depth sound the area, cast, count to required depth and work it at that depth. You can also tell when you're near the bottom if it's a snaggy reef...
Good luck.
