Fishing at Shallow Tempest

I am going out to fish shallow tempest early on Saturday morning 19-07-2008 in my Mustang 1700, I believe the weather is suppose to be pretty good, I have never fished it before as I normally bottom bash at Deep Tempest, can someone please give me a heads up on how and where to fish this area and are pillies good bait and is bottom bashing ok or doesn’t it work, any advise would be gratefully appreciated, I have a couple of plots I found on the net but not sure they are any good but its all I got so at least its a start I suppose :-/
