A mate came to see me about a rod that would fish 37kg braid for trout and reds
He said he didnt want rollers and it had to be a reasonable price
This will fit the bill nicely

thanks guys
nigel i honestly think that one of the hardest things to do as a rod builder is getting a flawless finish with epoxy
i do not know how many times i built a real nice rod with sweet threadwork and then destroyed it when the epoxy went to shite
all my fault of course (not making sure it was REALLY clean)
blank = American Tackle AXST56XH
butt = Aftco aluminium gimble, 8" rear slick butt , Aftco #2 reel seat,14"tapered foregrip.
guides = fuji BLRLG"S
tip = RST sic
this thing has sooooooo much power
the taper is not as fast as i would have liked but it is not bad
