Track Messages

How does this "Track Messages" thing work. I've had a try but can't figure it out

As U can see by the thanks on the reply, Mod 5, I did read the answer, so how does it work? When I push the "TM" I just get a message that I'm not tracking a message.
Sorry about the question, I'm just trying to get my post score up. Going for gold with the Olympics coming up and all!

As already stated in the previous post

"If you send a message using the Track Messages option you can see if the message has been read by the recipient."

Do not start a new thread if you already have a thread going for the same subject.
