Fishing very ordinary after all the rain - tried the following spots:
Happy Valley
Military Jetty
Pelican Waters Bridge
Boardwalk
All very poor with olnly a few piddly bream. Plenty of small nibblers bit nothing serious. Is anyone else catching much in the pumicestone? :'(

e ished since friday till today, the week before have been alot of reports of 40cm bream plus i fished the boardwalk a few times for only a few small bream hitting my big bait out there after a jrew or shark which only resulted in 1 massive ray which was a bit of fun.

I used to catch fish everytime I went there, but in the last few months it has been horrible. It's gone from one of my favourite spots to a last resort.

Might duck out tonight and see how I go? A lot of fresh water in the passage of late and the weather really has the sand built back up at Happy Valley so it is very shallow and no really good gutters to speak of. I will try to find a decent one at low tide tomorrow in any case. I'll let you all know how we go!
Good Luck
