Coochie report

Hi all,

I am only new to the site but thought I would share a good afternoon fishing. Headed to southern end of Coochie about 4pm Tuesday. Had 1 rod rigged with hardly any weight and 7/0 gama witha whole squid out the back and one with 3/0 with squid strips. Had a lot of interest on the squid strips by little squire. After about 30 minutes of feeding the little guys, zzzzzzzzzzzzz. After a good little fight on light gear a 42cmsquire.

Total score after one and half hours of fishing was 3 squire 42-45cm, 10 little fellas and one shark thatwent about 90cm. All fish released and all in all a fun way to spend a coupla hours.

Good report,

I'm a local, and Coochie, has always been one of my preferred spots, there are some nice fish to be caught there. Not always legal size, but hey your pretty much garanteed a fish.
