Hi Folks,
I have a Hornet Trophy on a quintrex trailer similar to the one in the photo attached. I recently went on a trip around north east tassie only to dicover the trailer lights were not working while in the middle of nowehre (read MusselRoe Bay). After replacing the 7 pin connector that had some corrosion, only the brake lights worked. Then after opening them up for a look, found that the brakes lights were sealed perfectly/working and that both indicators were corroded to the point where the LED boards had fallen apart and all wires were disconnected.
I need to replace these as I am heading for two months fishing in two weeks from today. I am reading plenty of talk on various forums about the Hella LEDS. Can someone that has used them recommend which ones to get and perhaps a place to get them from?I live in the country and don't fancy a two hour drive into town to check out what's available. I would rather hear from those that have some experience with them and then simply order them online.
Hope that someone can help me with this.
Cheers TB
