Viewing pictures

Hi everyone im a new member i was just wondering how to view photos.
when i got to view a photos it says your account doesnt have the right priveleges.

hi mate....yeah, i had the same thing happen to me. It takes about 3 days to a week? to activate the account, then it should all be good.

It was happening to me this afternoon.

Instead of the actual pics appearing, a little jpg thingo would appear at the bottom of the post. When I clicked on it, a message came up saying I didn't have any rights, priveliges etc.

I entered my name and password again on the messageand now everything seems OK.

You would not have been logged in at the time, thats why you saw teh jpeg image

Once you logged in you can then see the pics.

I've got a funny one at the moment, can see the thumbnails but when i click on them it changes the page but it says it is done but there is no picture....just a blank page. I've been looking to see if something has been changed in my browser settings but so far i can't find the problem.??

Working OK for me here. Have you changed any browser settings. May be an idea to clear your cache.

Nup, cleared the Cache, still no worky.:'(

Just tested it in IE and Firefox, no problems here.

What browser and version are you using?

Steve, I think i've fiqured it out. The changes you've implemented in the last few days will more than likely be it. For some reason(I'm no kompoota wizz, ya see) I don't see these ads that others see in amongst the threads. I reckon my antivirus software or adblocker or magical mystery Kompoota fairy is somehow blocking them!!! and now with ads attached to the thumbs.....blocking those too.
Our IT guy is away for a few weeks so i can get it sorted when he gets back.

got it. adblock disabled and i can see the pics again.
