maroochy arvo sesh

i started at fishermans rd with a power minnow on trying to temped a flatty or 2 and i found 1 little one about 45cm, so i then worked the strech that runs along bradmin av.
i tryed to get a whitting on popper but thay did not want any part of it so on go's my lucky rmg scorpion and a few cast later bang, i found one of the whitting i was looking for on the popper.
next few cast and i was on a gain to a bigger whitting (only 27cm) then i hit a patch of tiny flattys, and got 8 little buggers all the same size, about 45cm .
by then i had just passed the cod hole bridge and the fish stopped biteing and by the time i had got to the swan boat hire it started to poor down rain and i got soaked to the bone.
id did not stop raining untill i got to the plaza and i had 40 mins to waste befor i had to catch my bus home so back on with a power minnow in pearl water mellon and a few cast later bang i was on and a few seconds later i had a verry fat 29cm bream in my hand with a big crowd of people all having a gezza at what i had caught. i then chucked him back to there horror and got on my bus and went home to get some dry clothes on and sink a rum or 2

iv put up that manny bream on this site that i did not think you,s guys would want see a nother one . plus i left my cam in my work mates car and i seem to have better luck if the cam stays at home

Fish all day and then sink some rums in the arvo Mmmmm my kinda day! How do you work the rmg nug? I have a few but only caught a under size flathead and a strike from a bream?

joel by the time i had got to the plaza, you would have been long gorn home and it was on sunday arvo so i did not think you were there and i thort you would be golfing anyway. as with the rmg's, i cast them out faning my casts to cover as much water as i can and i just slow role them with a slight twitch every now and then and if you get a hit or a tap, just keep doing what you were doing and dont stop working it as most of the time thay will come back and slam it
