Nice jew on sunshine coast

[Peanuts]

A mate and I caught these little monsters on live bait on the sunshine coast.
Mine went 75cms, 4.7kg and matt's was 70cms, 4.1kg
This was our first jew, and you can tell by the look on my face, we were stoked.

Some nice fish mate, i remember my first and only jew quite well, came from the passage last year some time. was around that size as well, 74cm. Awesome fun. Did you guys get them at caloundra or further up? and landbased?

Nice little fish - well done. The sight of a jew coming to the shore or boat at night, shining that beautiful coppery-bronze colour and the eye glowing like a hot coal in the torchlight is sure hard to beat. That's a very good eating size for jew too - the flesh is soft and sweet. Now you'll be wanting to chase some of the big mommas

Live to fish, We caught them landbased at caloundra.

Hey Freeedom you sound like a poet............... glowing like a hot coal in the torch light ;). You know you are right. Every time you go out fishing is like winning the lottery. Different kinds of fish and sizes = different amounts of winnings. I would have to put the jewy as a high reward hey :).
