Broke the drought

:D Gday fellow anglers, finally broke the drought on the boat. Its been about four months since anything decent has been boated. Fishin one of our spots up the northern end of the bay, was pretty ordinary with the wind and tide against each other but turned out to be quite good weather wise and fish wise. Ideas boated this longtail just under 18kgs and Macca boating this golden trev coming in at 12kgs. had some big bust offs as well.

Beautiful work.What size gear were you fellas using? Would have been fun on anything under 8kg or 10kg.Jim

:D Toona was caught on a live slimey mac useing 15kg and the trev was caught on a soft plastic ,10kg braid8-)

good 2 c mate, the water looks very calm & now i just got 2 overcome my drought(have never caught a barra).was the golde pulling hard.
