Two Pack preperation!

I am sanding down an old Viking, does anyone know what size the sand papper should be so the paint will grip?

I am not experienced ha ha.

I am geting it sprayed with two pack.

mate i would ask the guy who is applying the finish
various systems need differing prep tecniques

i am a spraypainter, can help with some more info mate!
