Picture in a post?

Can anyone help me with how to paste a picture in a message? I know how to attach a photo, but I still haven't worked how to get a picture in the actual message! Any help would be much appreciated.

If you want to inset and image from another website just click on the Insert Image icon http://www.ausfish.com.au/vforum/images/editor/insertimage.gif

This will display a popup that you insert the URL of the image into.
