I don't know of any that you can get to land based. I don't pump yabbies often, but I do have one spot in the Bohle that is always good for a few on low tide (cos you don't want to be in the Bohle knee deep in water) The sandbar just past the feeder creek upstream from stoney creek is where I go, but there are a couple of crocs that hang out there (1 about 16ft and another 12ft, I'm pretty sure they are a breeding pair) so always go with at least 2 people so somebody can keep an eye out, and don't pump too close to the water's edge for obvious reasons. Make sure you keep an eye not only on the water, but on the adjacent mangravos and grass, as I've seen the crocs come out of there a few times.
When climbing in and out of the boat, make sure to keep the boat between you and open water, not 100% safe, but better than just wandering around the boat.

Thanks Scott. That brings back memories - pumping yabbies in the tropics and hoping that you get bitten only by a yabby. I swear that I will never go north of Redcliffe again.
