Trolling poppers

What poppers are suited to trolling with or is it best to use a Fizzer?

when in fiji about 2 years ago we trolled some big normall poppers behind the boat and they were flipping around and everything and we had gt's smacking them.

iv done a bit of this when i hed my yak, the only thing i could catch or get to hit from was some mid size flat head and bream going over or near the drop off near ribbon weed beds. i keeped the rod im my hand and just keeped on plooping (as i was makeing my way to a new spot) and i found as i came over a steep drop off that came up verry shallow water id get hit. or just as i drag it off the weed bed if the lure did not foul up on the weed and crap.
