Parents caught it during the easter holidays on the coast and it appears to have a colourful pair of wings... and legs...
I don't know much about fish (ok.. nearly nothing) but just wondering what kind of fish it is.

I don't think they are "feet' but whiskerss/feelers set just below the jaw
