Does any one know how to disassemble baitcaster reels. Or does anyone know any good online guides.

what brand/model?? most companies have online schematics you can look at..

You need to be confident when disassembling any fishing reel and especially carefull when asssembling them as one washer out of place and it will not work.
I do reel repairs and servicing. I live on the northside.
