Should be a good Easter in the Nerang, caught 32 [ 2 anglers ] last night best fish from the Chambers. One photo is of Joel with our 2 best from last night the other is from this morning trolling lures in the Coomera. cheers Wayne.

nice fish wayne, yeah mate i went down the pin today and got 28 nice whitting on the Gold banks using grubs BEst went 32cm.. cheers Sean

Wow Youngy you are the man. You must have had sp##k running down your legs with those beauties.:-X My best whiting went 40cm but those look bigger.

Some very nice whiting mate. and sooooo tasty at that size where you can get a decent fillet. Well done.

Sounds like a top session at the Pin too Sean! Was hoping to get there myself this week but to no avail unfortunately!

what bait did you guys use to get those whiting?and in what depth water..im only new to whiting fishin and trying to round up a few pointers

Cobia i use bloodworms, those fish were caught in 2 to 3 mtrs of water on the edge of a sandbank.cheers Wayne.

Cobia they are in most muddy creeks between gold coast and the pin, just got to make sure it is not a fish habitat reserve as there is no digging aloud in these areas.
