Abu Classic 2500

Was reading about the re launching of the abu classic 2500 (the orange one) and went and saw one today. Still european made which is surprising since most abu's are now manufactured in Asia. Anyone got one or seen one in action.

Thinking great reel for the bass.....

I've had an ABU 2500C for quite a few years. Great bass reel.

Never saw one in orange.

Saw the information in this months QFM. Advert from Pure Fishing and in new products section is a review. Went and saw them at the Tackle Warehouse today. The colour of the reel is sensational and makes it stand out but I still want to make sure the fundamentals work.

Ive got one, not had a lot of use, but it sounds like a truck when you cast it. I replaced the bearings, and it still sounds like a truck. Any ideas?
