I’m being offered a Abu 9000 Sweden made its only been used twice.can some one give me some idea of what its worth.i know he bought it about 5 years ago,but I have lost track of price / value..

Depends which model it is.
From Ebay USA -
ABU BG 9000 CT - $US 75.
Vintage 9000 CL - $US201 with 2 hours bidding remaining.
ABU 9000i - $US139 from Minstor Tackle Malaysia.
I'm totally ignorant on the ABU gear, but there are heaps of guys with expert knowledge on here who will no doubt have a good idea of your reels' value, pretty sure there was a 2 speed model as well.

Yeh pretty sure its the CL single speed model.I though they were around the $3-$400 mark? back then...These were the ones that most people would want being original sweed good stuff.

Some parts can be prety hard to source for the 9000's,something to keep in mind if you intend to use it on a regular basis.

I have a 7000CL (Big game collection) which is that vintage ( Made in Sweden) .... & it was low $200s
