Northstar M84

I've bought my M84 in US, but I live in Brazil.The unit works great, but now some buttons stop working.They are the "menu" "minus(zoom out)", and "cursor up".
The unit is installed inside a glove compartment with a waterproof acrilic lid.
Can this problem beeing caused by condensation inside the unit?
The unit is terrific, but now I think it is fragile. Northstar support is louzy.

Either try a system reset if it has one, get onto a northstar supplier in your area or contact the place of purchase. As a last resort track down a marine electronics repairer and seek their advice

No reset. No northstar dealer. I'll try to repair.
