What is your 16p? if it is the small diameter Vengeance, then I would be looking for a 13.25x17p but it may not work but it should go close.
cheers fnq
it is a Vengeance prop
thanks fnq

No worries Boof if you would like to get rid of that 16p some time and the price is right I am looking for one of those to get worked, drop me a pm if/when you are ready.
cheers fnq

Going up to a 17 (with the same prop diameter) should knock about 250 - 300 rpm off it.
A 19 will be too much.
You could go with the 17 and see how it goes, and then if you need to knock down the revs a little more then get a little cupping on the prop.
Cheers
