Want a quick Curry fix ...
500g any firm fish fillets (whiting's good)
1 jar Rogan Josh (Pataks or Sharwood ... mild, med, hot ... your choice)
3 small potatoes quartered
Cut the fish fillet into strips (1 1/2 to 2 inch). Roll them tightly and stick a toothpick in each piece to hold it together.
Throw the Rogan Josh into a pot with the potatoes and simmer gently 20 min., then throw in the fish simmer 10 min. That's it.
Serve with some Basmati rice.
Safety Hint ... remove toothpick before scoffing down the fish:o
Culinary Hint ... tastes even better if left overnight, in the fridge and heated up the next day. If you cook the fish too long it'll start to flake.;)
