Went out for a flick on weekend early to see what was lerking in the shallows of one of the islands shallows and lost a huge snapper over 60cm by the run on my 4 pound leader chasing brim. One day my leader to braid will stick on those big boys. I usually chase the big ones down but my mates tell me to enjoy the fight. Note to self i will catch em the way i catch em because they havent caught a snapper of that size yet. Anyho caught a brim on my HB and a grassy on my 2"nuclear chicken grubtail. Fun to use my new 46 pound leccy in a calmer situation out of the wind. All fish went back after i lost that big red and went home tail between my legs. Better luck next time.
