Hi all went for another flick at what was till recently my flattie now jack spot (jeff)
just after midday today started of throwing the 7" gulp jerkshad in pink looking for flatties had a few grabs but nothing got the hooks you could see them pick the placcie up run and spit it a few secs later after 10 mins of this the shinny new X wrap (4th one in a week :'( and haven't lost one to a snag well not directly anyway:-[ )tied to the other rod got the better of me
I had a cpl flicks of it first cast i put in hard against the rocks a few feet from my feet a big red flash nailed the lure short battle and up comes 43cm of jack nice :D few pics back to the same spot first cast on again but up comes a barracuda prob about mid 60's left some nice marks on the lure
I casted the hb around for another half an hour or so for nothing so switched back to the placcie in the 5" jerk shad same colour to get the smaller flatties i saw earlier :D
10mins of casting and a little jack comes out from under my feet belts the lure in full view ;D and runs straight away from the rocks out onto the sand :-/ and gave in he went 31cm all fish were released
also got one from the same spot Monday lunch time just another tacker 35cm and a cod about the same and lost a big cod all were released (one with a $20 peice of jewlery>:( )

more pics soon

Cheers Shane

hey which system are you fishing....the nerang, coomera or tweed.
