big bass in dirty water

went for a quick fish this arvo/night. fished for 30 minutes and managed to get a big surface hit splash water everywhere finally landed the beast he went 48cm to the fork not to bad of a fish for surface. caught him on a jitterbug slowly clawing along the surface of the creek.


sorry the picture isn't the best quality didn't really expect to catch anything in these conditions had to make do with the phone hope you enjoy.

Hi Bronson, Thats a healthy looking fish. Caught at the usual spot - no doudt.

Those surface lures really work well on big bass. Fishing agian tomorrow at same location?

Steve got to work early in the morning so cant get down there before hand but going shark/jack/trev fishing Friday night should come down and see whats happening and going to the dam on Saturday morning then going to fish the spot i got this bad boy on Saturday arvo so my weekend is pretty full........?
