well id had enough of the wind and rain but either being at work or stuck at home. for those who dont know noosa is blowing about 25 - 40 knots all the last 2 weeks and doesnt look like letting up. anyway sunday night i grabbed my rod and went and got some bait sat in the rain and wind but was rewared with 4 jacks in the session and my mrs lost another one at her feet. no massive fish but biggest was 40cm smallest was 35cm. cant complain in the weather. my flat mate went yest. in the same spot and got 3, biggest went 43cms. so get out there boys and girls there still chewing. app lots of tailor and trevs in woods too. good luck

Funny isn`t it most seem to think if it`s not still and hot they don`t eat.I think the truth is its times like now when some of the most surprising red captures can be had.i have had good jack fishing in the rain myself and know of others having jack sessions in the rain that are almost to hard to believe.Your right now is when we should be hittin em.I was just wondering today if the lack of jack threads at the moment are due to the fact that they are not on the chew or if everyone just thinks there not but now you have confirmed my thoughts.:dankk2:P.S. MAYBE we just need to look in different HAUNTS than normal.
