who needs towadis

i hit the same spot again today with imnotariganal in hope of getting more queenfish and a trev, it was hard going with lots of other fisherman there but hehe there was only 2 people catching all the fish hehe me and some othere guy with live bittys (every one elce was using herring) the othere guy got a nice 2 nice trevs, one gt about 2kg and a tea leaf trev the same size. i got 7 queenfish, all about 40-45cm and this thing just as i was leaving.its my first blue fin trevs and im stoked, all on the new trick trout i got as some bugger has bought all the towadis on the coast, grrrrr

Brilliant work there nuggstar. That trevally pictured in your hand, looks distinctly like a bluefin trevally, with the vivid blue along the upper body, and the slightly longer snout that that of a GT or tealeaf trev. :-/ Obviously it's never going to be as brilliantly lit up with the neon-like blue as the specimens caught on the remote reef atolls of the tropical oceans, but I suspect it's the same species. Anyway great fish, whatever Carangoid species it is 8-)

great stuff there nuggs, sounded like a grest sessh. ive fished that spot a couple of times but couldnt manage to entice the local queeny population. great to see some trevs being pulled outa there aswel, given me some incentive to check that place again.its a great spot, i recently heard of a 5 foot bull shark being pulled fromm there!! congrats on the nice fish

Bugger, once again you get all the fish after I leave. I ended up crashing on the couch when I got back home, too little sleep in the last week. I'm already looking forward to another bream session next weekend. Good stuff again mate.

i need them creepy nails to open split rings, and to scrach of the paint on my poppers, you should no that pete haha. the stuff i work with makes my nails grow so so fast, i have to cut them every 2 weeks. its crazy
