Spam PM's on Ausfish

I have rceived what I believe to be a spam Pm from a new member. It asked me ddi i want to write a fishing comumn for money. It had an email link,.

bing very suss i didnt click on the link, it stinks of having a virus embedded in it or something sinister like that.

Anyone else received it? i tried to ring Mr Ausfish to report it, but no luck.

Yep, got one this morning on the same topic...didn't open the link either.
Said he's been checking out my threads on fly fishing.nope not me sorry. Can't even spell fly fiching.
Was yours from a bloke called called Reuben ? Never trust a Reuben !!! :-/

DOn't worry about him, I sent Steve a PM and he has banned the guy, I got the same thing, asking me to write some info about Fly fishing.. Only set back was I have no idea whatsoever about Fly fishing ;D

thats the man and the subject...........i always wondered, if you go fly fishing, how do flies get a hook into their iddy biddy mouths to swallow the bait?

How would you see the hole to tie your leader onto a fly hook? :):):)

Mike, I was thinking of the other type of fly.. I have an old pair of jeans so I thought, why not, I'll cut one out for the weekend and head down to the pine and tie it on and cast it out a few times & see what happens.

I've always wanted to catch a rainbow on fly.....it might make a good salt water towing bait.

Perhaps I should leave them attached to the jeans and troll them along the shallows in Bramble bay, might catch me a sharky in the canoe, that would make for a fun ride :D
