Megabites usage

What is the average megabites usage for members.
For some reason i am now using 180 megabites a day just by using Ausfish and looking for boats to buy.
When i first bought my computer i would not use 500 for the month.
Any ideas why this is happening.

last months account the most i used in one day was 327.3 and the least was 11.4
total for that month was 2859.83
