Caught them on the 24th of November. Night time.. On big deep diving lure - guess what: no rattle. :)

How did you cook em?

I actually promised a mate "the first jack of the season" and cooked up the other one at 10 pm that night :) - Garlic, Soya Sauce, Plenty of dry Dill, Onion, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil - all crammed into deep slits along the sides of the fish. - Covered with aluminium foil and baked in the oven for about 45 mins. MMMMMMMMMM....
