jack spots

gday all. bin awile sincei bin for a good fish cuz of my new toy.......the fourbie. anyhow im fairly new to redcliffe area and wanted to know how people go for jacks around cabbage tree creek and in the scarborough boat harbour? look like pritty likely spots...........
would be good to catch up with sumone to try fishin for these red fellas. from the coast so good shot at em last year.............

gday mate. I've fished the cabbage a few times for the red fish with livies and plastics but so far zilch captures. Been smashed a few times too by some unstopables. I'm looking forward to hitting them again this summer, maybe sooner! Never fished scarb harbour for them though. There's some great spots for them in the cabbage though getting to some of them without a small boat can be a problem. If you've got googleearth it's a real plus for checking out the creeks best spots.
