how s cressy

cressy is my home dam and i thought i knew it fairly well but ive been havin a big of bother of late. anybody got anything good to report on the dam of late?

love fishing cressy, heard its dropped a bit in water level, fish here every year and have aball catching bass on the surface , kids love the gar fishing also. might have to do atrip there soon myself . cheers bdowdy..brett

it is very low and really shallow areas are starting to pop up here and there in the dam. it seems to be fishing really slow for at least the last 6weeks had a few unexciting times out there just waiting for them to fire again, hopin the warming weather makes a difference?

Went out this mornin to test a boat for a mate, did little fishing but only a couple of half harded strikes. probably better with a little more effort.

Zaraspook, Fished Cressy this morning. Had a enjoyable time on the water. Total of 16 Bass landed, 4 spat the hooks and even had a double hook up. Of those landed 15 were under size ranging from 150mm to 280mm. Only 2 were over the limit and one of those looked at me and spat the hooks after seeing me with a fly net over my head. I bet he's still laughing at me. With the fly's thick the small Bass were full on from hook up to landing on 4 lb gear. Ripin minno lures were the ticket. Some the best fun I've had on Cressy.
