Has anyone had experience in making Fish Cakes?
How do you make them?

Louis I boil 1 decent size pan of potatoes and drain well and mash dry with no butter or milk
squeeze all the liquid out of 2 big cans of tuna in brine
chop 1 onion finely mix everything together with 2 eggs, 2 tsp keens mustard powder a real good shake of chopped shallots from a jar 1 finely chopped chilli salt and pepper to taste leave in the fridge overnight roll into balls and crumb and deep fry
