What is the best way to shape EVA grips

I put them on a threaded rod and spin them in the lathe.
But bunging the rod in a drill press will do as well.
I use plasterer's open weave sanding stuff to do the shaping.

I am not a fan of eva much, I prefer hypalon, its gripier (is that a word?) and softer on the hands

What?
You don't understand the King's own English?
Finga's old Fishnets perhaps ?
It's a mesh that is used to sand Gyproc as it doesn't clog.

Hi Knighty
This is what I use
An electric drill in a Homemade stand
I cut up an old rod to get differnt size shafts to suit the different size ID of the EVA grips
Start of with a coarse sand paper and finish with a Fine
