Just wondering how many people have used the following reels on bass and your opinion td sol, vienta, chronarch mg, zillion or similar im looking at getting a quality baitcast but without being able to use each one it is a big risk buying such an expensive piece of equiqment blind

i own a chronarch 50 mg and it is so light and durable iits the only reel that i havent upgraded in the last 8 months hhahha its definately worth its money and match to a say 6 ffot 6 with a 3 to 5kg rod will do the trick but thats just my opinion and it has caught freakin massive fish so keep it in mind and i hope this helps

wouldn't bother with the vienta or the zillion, its overkill more of a barra reel. sol would be a great choice although i'd opt for the japan version, called the alphas also available in oz. weighs less and looks better. super durable being all alloy with CRBB's. small diameter spool so casts light weights well. big 7disc drag easily capable of stopping barra...definitely can't go wrong...

Like Basskid has, I too recently bought a Chronarch 50mg, and it's a pleasure to use. I looked over a number of baitcasters in this price range and couldn't go past the feel of the Chronarch.
